As a student of Kahuna Bodywork.

It has been an incredible, expansive journey. I feel incredibly privileged to have been gifted it in my life.

I am constantly surprised at how our training speaks to every aspect of being and existence. The training reflects life; simplicity speaks and moves with such incredible depth.

It has often been an intense challenge, meeting with myself and my lineage. All that has come before me and all that I am now and how I represent that day to day in my habits, conscious or unconscious; accepting, allowing, surrendering.

I have been grateful to my teacher, my instructors and my fellow students for their learning, their commitment to self, their presence, and their offerings throughout my learnings. To all they bring for it has all helped me to be where I am. At a place where I can say I love myself. And mean it.
